About the Role As a Physiotherapist, you will be based at Nelson Hospitalworking within the outpatient physiotherapy team providing care for clientswith a wide range of conditions. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary teamproviding quality assessment and goal orientated interventions, through apatient-centred approach. This role requires you to be adaptable to change,resourceful and flexible to service needs. This role would be suitable for someone with post graduateexperience of at least 3 years. This is a permanent part-time role working 64 hours perfortnight (0.8 FTE), Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.00AM to 8.00PM.There will be an expectation you contribute to a physiotherapy roster in theweekends. As a Physiotherapist, you will be or have: NZ Registered Physiotherapist with comprehensiveclinical assessment and problem solving skills with the experience and abilityto work both autonomously and collaboratively; Excellent communication skills to liaise withhealth professionals and health agencies; A strong foundation in evidence-based practice,a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering compassionate,patient-centred care; Strong organisational skills and the ability towork independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
