We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Zone Team Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Hours of Work 18 hours per week May include one weekend day Rosters are published at least two weeks in advance, giving you plenty of notice of your scheduled shifts Typical shifts are during the day between 8:00am and 6:00pm Customer Experience & Service Deliver friendly, professional customer service and assist with general customer enquiries Create positive interactions at every stage of the customer journey Provide directions, carry-out assistance, and general support to customers throughout the store Trolley Collection & Store Presentation Collect, return, and organise trolleys from the carpark and surrounding areas, ensuring they are always available for customers Maintain safe, clean, and hazard-free trolley bays, entrances, and carpark areas Monitor trolley demand and respond quickly during busy periods Help keep store entry points tidy, welcoming, and well presented Team Support & Operations Work collaboratively with team members across the store to support smooth daily operations Assist with general tasks as required, including restocking, cleaning, and supporting other departments during peak trading periods Follow all health and safety procedures, particularly when working outdoors and in vehicle traffic areas We're Looking for Someone Who: Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service Enjoys being active and working both indoors and outdoors Is reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work Communicates confidently and works well within a team Takes initiative and remains calm in a fast-paced environment Understands the importance of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues What We Offer Competitive remuneration A supportive and positive team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Corporate discounts through the Mitre 10 Perks App Great staff benefits, including: Birthday Day Off Trauma Insurance Bonus Scheme Generous staff purchasing privileges Ready to Join the Team?
