Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our Gisborne team. The Role In this key support role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our client base. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to customer enquiries and requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring and signing off run sheets, and coordinating driver activities. Strong communication is essential, as you'll also play a vital role in building lasting customer relationships and proactively notifying clients of any operational delays. Qualifications About You To thrive in this role, you will bring: Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly Strong communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and effective time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel You’ll be flexible, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
