About the Role We’re looking for a sharp and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our quarry and mobile crushing business. This is a pivotal role working closely with the Quarry Manager and General Manager, coordinating jobs, supporting quoting, maintaining accurate operational data, and ensuring work flows smoothly from job scheduling through to production, product testing, and plant availability. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate daily quarry production and mobile crushing jobs with site teams Prepare and support quotes for aggregate supply and mobile crushing work Track production, job progress, and customer orders Maintain accurate operational and job data across systems Assist with health and safety systems, reporting, and incident tracking Coordinate and run onsite toolboxes and support H&S audits Support environmental and consent compliance requirements (ECan) Liaise with customers, site crews, and management to keep jobs on track What We’re Looking For Proven experience in operations, logistics, scheduling, or coordination roles Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident working with numbers, systems, and job‑related data Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both site crews and customers Practical, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to juggle priorities It would be advantageous if you have experience in quarrying, construction, transport, or heavy industry.
