Key Responsibilities Assisting with advanced maxillofacial procedures, including BSSO, Genioplasty, and TMJ arthroscopy. Supporting specialists during IV sedation and General Anaesthetic procedures. Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining rigorous infection control and sterilization standards. Contributing to the daily operational efficiency of a fast-paced specialist practice. What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient welfare. We are looking for individuals who possess: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (highly preferred, though specialist training will be provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put patients at ease. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a high level of reliability. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. A strong professional work ethic and a willingness to continuously learn.
