Support the NPHS Bowel Screening team in this rewarding role Full-time position, fixed Term for 12 months Location: Wellington or Canterbury About the Role The National Bowel Screening Programme (NBSP) is a free programme to help detect bowel cancer at an early stage. The NBSP team is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of some key existing and upcoming projects. In this role, you are responsible for working closely with the project manager and project team members to help deliver NBSP projects efficiently. The Project Coordinator manages the administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, budget management and tracking, procurement activities, report collation and communication support. About you To be successful you must be able to work at a fast-pace, juggle changing priorities, work cross-culturally and be someone that naturally enjoys an environment and role that is constantly changing. You are able to manage stakeholder interests and ensure advice and communications are robust and support equitable outcomes. A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification. Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action. Previous programme/project management coordination experience with planning and coordination a key component Good understanding of project management methodology, principles and terminology Experience coordinating project budgets Experience in drafting procurement documentation and contract schedules and administering contracts Extensive administration experience and proficiency in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) We welcome applications from diverse Māori, Pacific, disabled, and rainbow communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
