About the role CARTERS Papakura is looking for an experienced, bilingual Account Manager (Mandarin & English) to grow our presence in the Asian building and construction segment. You will bring a proven track record in sales, account management and business development within the building and construction industry. Your customers know you as someone who makes an immediate impact – understanding their needs and delivering the right solutions exactly when it matters most. You value working as part of a team, and you’re driven by a shared goal: delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities On the job Manage your call cycle to drive results-focused customer engagement, identifying opportunities and anticipating what your customers need next Build and maintain strong supplier relationships so we can offer complete solutions for customers Work closely with internal teams on stock availability, delivery times and pricing, resolving issues quickly to keep customer's project moving Manage Frame and Truss sales end-to-end, from estimate through to production Skills & Experience Fluent in Mandarin and English Strong planning and organisational skills A proven sales and relationship management track record A sharp eye for emerging markets Highly self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic Commercially adaptable and agile A solutions-focused mindset Building or trade industry knowledge is an advantage What we offer In return, we’ll make sure you’re looked after in a professional, positive, inclusive and supportive working environment you can be proud of.
