Join voco™ Auckland City Centre We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and service-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at voco™. As part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, you'll help us deliver a warm, memorable experience to every guest, whether they're here for business, leisure, or celebration. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service and ensure a vibrant, welcoming bar atmosphere Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and flair Support the food service team with professionalism and efficiency Uphold RSA and food safety standards at all times Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the bar and service areas Proactively upsell and recommend menu items to guests Handle transactions with accuracy and follow cash handling procedures Engage with guests, remembering names and preferences — especially loyalty members and returning guests What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (preferred) A passion for great service, with a friendly and engaging attitude Confidence in mixing, serving, and presenting beverages Current New Zealand LCQ and Manager's Certificate or willingness to obtain Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer: The opportunity to work across two leading IHG brands in one location Career development and training through IHG's global network A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture Competitive hourly rate plus tips and staff benefits IHG employee discounts on hotels, dining, and more - worldwide #J-18808-Ljbffr
