About the role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Division of Medicine at Middlemore Hospital. This is a fast‑paced and varied role where you'll provide high‑level executive and administrative support to the Division of Medicine Senior Management Team. From managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings to supporting recruitment, travel, finance, and day‑to‑day operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly. This is a permanent, full‑time position working Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital. About You You are a highly organised professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. You will bring: At least 3 years' experience supporting senior leaders in a Personal Assistant or Senior Admin role. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience coordinating meetings, recruitment activities, onboarding and administrative processes. The ability to build positive working relationships across a large and diverse organisation.
