Accounts Payable Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a well-established Auckland-based business and take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities. This is a standalone role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced Finance Manager in a busy, high-volume environment. Managing the full AP function across multiple entities Processing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs Maintaining vendor records and supplier relationships Assisting with month-end reporting and finance support Identifying process improvements and system efficiencies ABOUT YOU 3+ years' experience in a standalone or end-to-end AP role Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and GST Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting systems High attention to detail and strong Excel skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities WHATS ON OFFER?
