Administration Support - Regional Referral Centre

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated, detail-orientated and organised team player to join our Regional Referral Centre Service on a permanent part-time basis working Monday and Tuesday, 16 hrs per week 08.00 16.30pm with the ability to flex up when required to meet delivery of service. You will be providing quality and efficient administration support to clinical services with regards to referral management. Receive and receipt referrals for all services ensuring Ministry of Health guidelines and Te Whatu Ora processes are met. Preparing and dispatching correspondence to patients and referrers. Taking phone calls, responding to enquiries, and escalating as required. About the Team/Service/Location The Regional Referral Centre team is based across both Tauranga and Whakatane Hospital sites, and this position can be based at either Tauranga or Whakatane Referral Centre.
