Sales Support Coordinator

As our Sales Support Coordinator , you'll be the backbone of our commercial team, providing essential support to a group of Account Managers and helping deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our sales team, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from proposal through to execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, loves solving problems and takes pride in producing high-quality work. What You'll Be Doing You’ll play an integral role in keeping our sales team running efficiently by: Preparing professional sales proposals, presentations and customer documentation Creating quotes, briefs and campaign schedules Supporting the delivery of radio, digital and media campaigns Coordinating amendments, bookings and campaign changes Assisting with media planning and campaign reporting Producing post-campaign analysis and customer reports Supporting Account Managers with Salesforce and CRM administration Scheduling daily advertising logs with accuracy Assisting with office coordination, meeting preparation and customer experience initiatives Building strong relationships across multiple internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time About You You’ll be someone who enjoys being organised, takes initiative and genuinely likes helping others succeed. Ideally You’ll Bring 1-2 years of experience in administration, sales support or coordination Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence working across multiple systems and learning new technology Intermediate Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills Experience using Salesforce or another CRM (highly regarded) The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Media experience is a bonus, but not essential we're happy to teach the industry to someone with the right attitude and transferable skills.
