Established in 1975, we’re a family-owned wholesaler and retailer of market leading combines, foragers, hay equipment, seeders, spreaders and sprayers for global brands such as CLAAS and AMAZONE. We have 33 dealers across New Zealand and Australia with support offices in Christchurch, Melbourne and Perth. What’s the job? Kick-start your career with Landpower in early 2027 through our 12-month Graduate Programme. Designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience from day one, our programme offers the unique opportunity to work across both the wholesale and retail sides of our business, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how the agricultural machinery industry operates. Throughout the programme, you\'ll rotate through wholesale teams, including Product, Service and Parts, working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects. You\'ll also step beyond the office with placements at our CLAAS Harvest Centre retail stores located in New Zealand and Australia, gaining valuable on-the-ground experience, building relationships across the business, and seeing firsthand how we support our customers. Skills and Experience To apply, you must be a recent graduate (graduated within the past 24 months) with the following skills and experience: Hold a Bachelor’s degree with an agricultural focus (or equivalent). Have a can-do attitude, a collaborative spirit and an appetite to learn. Are highly motivated and an independent worker. Have excellent communication skills. Hold a full drivers’ licence.
