Project Manager

Redpath Partners are exclusively working with a national client-side project management consultancy who are experiencing ongoing project demands. With a strong reputation in the industry for delivering a range of projects across Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Healthcare, Master Planned Communities and Fitout they continue to thrive with an established pipeline of work. This consultancy is looking to take on an experienced Project Manager to support their established team and clients. Role Involved from initial project planning and coordination through to project completion you will represent the best interests of a variety of clients across varying sectors. The responsibilities of the role will include: Overseeing all project activities, throughout complete project life cycle Identifying project scope, goals and deliverables Procurement & Contract Management Programme and Cost Management Excellent communication with all stakeholders, relationship management with the client Design Management involved across the consent process Manage external consultants optimising best practice and construction delivery Requirements Suitable candidates will have the following experience: Experience working for a Project Management Consultancy (Delivering vertical construction) with a minimum of 5 years NZ commercial construction experience to be considered. Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Healthcare, Master Planned Communities or Fitout experience is preferred. High level of communication skills, proven collaborative ability with demonstrated skills in leading negotiations with multiple stakeholders Preference is a proven track record in Project Management overseeing projects throughout the complete project life cycle Strong knowledge of NZ Building Standards and the tendering process Salary depending on ability and experience $130,000 - $145,000 + Kiwisaver Great opportunity for mentorship from the leadership team Strong pipeline of future work, secure long-term opportunity Challenging, diverse and complex projects to add to your project portfolio Clear progression pathway working towards a Senior PM position Should you meet the above criteria and be interested in a confidential conversation please email [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
