This early-start role (4:00 AM – ~12:30 PM) combines hands-on site opening with coordination and customer service. We’re seeking a reliable and organised professional to join our Distribution team. As Logistics Coordinator, AM Shift You will open the site each morning, ensuring security and safety standards are met. You’ll support early drivers with tie-downs and departures Coordinate outwards transport runs Prepare paperwork, monitor deliveries via E-road and chase Proof of Delivery (PODs) Handle customer collections at the front counter until mid-morning. This is a coordination-focused role with a strong emphasis on planning, organisation, clear communication, and maintaining smooth operations between warehouse, dispatch, drivers, and customers. You’ll also contribute to QHSET compliance and continuous improvement in our logistics processes. In addition to core coordination duties This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, escalating delivery issues, and supporting team efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be highly organised, able to manage shifting priorities calmly, and comfortable engaging directly with customers and drivers. A positive, flexible attitude is essential in our small, supportive team where everyone pitches in as needed. About You Full Class 5 licence with clean driving history (essential) Endorsed counterbalance forklift licence (2.5T–5T) is an advantage Gantry crane experience is highly desirable Strong dispatch/logistics coordination or similar experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Physically fit with a proactive, safety-first mindset Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft AX) and MS Office is advantageous If you’re a reliable early riser with a can-do attitude and a passion for getting it right the first time, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
