Electrical Service Manager / Electrical Project Engineer 170,000–200,000 Auckland, NZ Pearson Carter are currently working with one of New Zealand’s largest engineering businesses, delivering complex industrial projects across electrical, mechanical, fabrication, machining, CAD design, and onsite services. With a strong portfolio of repeat clients including major organisations such as PAE and the New Zealand Defence Force, they are looking to strengthen their electrical division with an experienced Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Project Engineer, or Senior Industrial Electrician. This is a key leadership opportunity to help grow the electrical service offering, manage industrial projects, develop customer relationships, and play a major role in the next stage of business growth. They offer an excellent salary package of 170K–200K company vehicle 5 weeks annual leave relocation support. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical project delivery onsite Manage teams, resources, materials, and equipment Deliver industrial installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting projects Support customer relationships and identify new opportunities Work with engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, and civil projects Help grow the electrical division and project portfolio Experience NZ registered Electrician with current practising licence Strong industrial electrical experience HV experience highly desirable Experience supervising teams and onsite works Strong health & safety knowledge Ability to manage projects and communicate with customers Current NZ driver’s licence and willingness to travel Location Auckland, New Zealand (relocation support available from Nelson) Applications are welcome from Electrical Supervisors, Electrical Project Engineers, Senior Industrial Electricians, and Electrical Service Managers looking for a leadership opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
