The plant has social sports, clubs, and schools offering a great opportunity to get involved with the community and support the welcoming culture of the plant Te Tūranga - The Role Alliance Group has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Shipping Administrator, we are looking for an experienced person based at our Levin Plant. This is a great opportunity to grow and expand on your current skills. You will also develop your innovation, proactive and change capability in a multi species plant in regional NZ. Ō Pūkenga - About You Attitude is key, you will have good management and leadership skills and have a strong belief in health & safety. Supervising, monitoring, and leading a production orientated team, you will get a great opportunity to grow the efficiency and productivity of the department. Ideally, have experience in the food processing industry however appropriate training will be provided. You will ensure product quality standards meet expected levels, so our customers get a great product every time. This is done by monitoring and managing process, compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Success will be evident in your results as you manage a diverse team across a variety of operations, including boning and packing our quality meat products.
