Kidsfirst is seeking a People, Culture and Wellbeing Manager to lead our HR, culture and wellbeing initiatives from our Christchurch Head Office. You will partner with the Chief Executive and Education Team to ensure compliant, high‑quality people practices across 60+ kindergartens.
