A role that recognises experience We are looking for a Building Control Officer to join ourteam. Ideally, you will hold a minimum competency level of Residential 1 andhave experience working within a Building Consent Authority. The salary rangereflects the level of competency, experience, and technical capabilitydemonstrated by the successful applicant. The full salary for this position of$105,590 applies to an officer operating at the fully effective level. Our preference is to appoint an experienced Building ControlOfficer who can make an immediate contribution to the team. However, we areopen to considering exceptional candidates whose experience sits either aboveor below this level. This includes highly experienced practitioners withadvanced competencies who may be suitable for a senior-level role, as well assuitably qualified candidates with the potential to further develop theirBuilding Control career. Appointment level and remuneration will reflect theskills, qualifications, competencies, and experience of the successfulapplicant. Why join us?
