Cafe Worker

We are a busy Café in Levin and looking for a reliable Café Worker x 3 to join our team. This is a permanent full-time, minimum 30 hours per week role based at Levin.

About the role Working as part of our front-of-house team, you'll keep the café running smoothly and give our customers a great experience. Day-to-day tasks include:

• Taking customer orders and processing payments at the counter and tables
\n
• Serving food and beverages, and clearing and resetting tables
\n
• Preparing simple food and drink items (e.g. toasties, salads, basic barista duties)
\n
• Keeping the dining area, counter, and equipment clean and tidy
\n
• Restocking supplies and assisting with opening/closing duties
\n
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
\n

What we're looking for

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays
\n
• A high school qualification or 1 year of work experience in a similar environment
\n
• The legal right to work in New Zealand, or eligibility to obtain one
\n
