This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early childhood teacher who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. You will work closely with the centre manager and centre owner to support the daily operation of the centre, guide the teaching team, and ensure children receive high-quality education and care. About the role As team leader, you will: Lead, guide, and support the teaching team. Work alongside the centre manager to support daily centre operations. Promote high-quality Montessori-inspired teaching practices. Support curriculum planning, assessment, learning stories, and children’s portfolios. Ensure effective supervision, safe staff deployment, and compliance with licensing requirements. Maintain a calm, organised, inviting, and well-resourced learning environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
