Office Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover) We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly Office Administrator to join our team at Native Digital on a maternity cover contract. You'll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting our customers, our team, and our day-to-day operations. From managing enquiries and coordinating schedules to assisting with administration, finance, and office processes, you'll be the person who keeps everything on track. This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and operational support. No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with every part of the business to make sure things happen when they should. Based in Manukau, Tāmaki Makaurau, Native Digital is an indigenous IT company. We take a Manaaki Tāngata approach to supporting our customers, offering a wide range of services including Sales, Support, Repairs, Cloud services, Licensing, Procurement, Technical Projects, Data migrations, Backups etc. specialising in Managed IT Services. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Native Digital team. Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person. Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination. Prepare, update, and maintain documents, records, and internal systems. Support invoicing, purchasing, supplier orders, and general office processes. Coordinate office supplies, couriers, and general workplace requirements. Assist with onboarding paperwork, customer records, and service documentation. Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and organised office environment. Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep calm when the day gets busy. Good computer skills, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team. A full New Zealand Driver Licence. The ability to kōrero Māori or a passion for learning te reo Māori. An understanding of te ao Māori and tikanga Māori. Experience working in an IT, technology, or professional services business. Experience with Xero, Microsoft 365, or other business systems. Experience supporting customers and building strong relationships. A knack for improving processes and keeping things organised.
