About the role Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will manage installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a variety of electronic security, access control and alarm systems. Working across a territory spanning from Ashburton to Kaikōura, you\'ll enjoy a varied role supporting a diverse customer base while working with industry-leading technology. You\'ll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring systems operate reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities: Access Control Systems Install, programme, commission, and maintain SALTO access control systems Configure and support ICT Protégé GX and WX platforms Complete system upgrades, diagnostics, and fault finding Integrate access control systems with wider security solutions Alarm Systems Install, configure, and service Ajax wireless alarm systems Programme hubs, detectors, and user applications Complete system upgrades, troubleshooting, and customer support CCTV & Intercom Systems Install and maintain IP CCTV systems Install and commission IP intercom systems Integrate CCTV and intercoms with access control and alarm platforms General Duties Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive service work Provide customer training and system handovers Complete service documentation and reporting Participate in the on-call roster as required Always deliver a high standard of customer service Skills and experience: Previous experience in electronic access & alarm security systems, installation and servicing Experience working with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems Experience with SALTO and/or ICT systems highly regarded Strong networking knowledge, including IP-based systems Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Current NZ Driver Licence About Stellar Recruitment Since 2006, the Stellar Recruitment team has been dedicated to transforming the recruitment landscape.
