Job Description
Lead disclosure document projects from planning through to publication relating to AMP’s managed investment schemes (MIS) and discretionary investment management service (DIMS) offer. Support AMP’s due diligence process and governance activities. Coordinate with stakeholders across the business, and ensure all product and service disclosures are accurate, compliant and delivered within required timeframes. Act as subject matter expert in systems and tools critical to the due diligence process. Prepare, review and contribute high-quality reporting, recommendations and governance documentation for working groups, committees, and senior leaders to support informed decision-making. Support the Due Diligence Lead in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the due diligence process, controls, and supporting infrastructure. We’re looking for someone who: Has strong organisational capability, with the ability to interpret information, identify issues or emerging trends, manage ambiguity, and take proactive action to resolve challenges Is able to build trusted relationships, influence peers, earn respect, and contribute constructively to team and business strategy. Possesses sound understanding of financial services laws and regulations, with a commitment to quality disclosures, innovation, accountability, learning, change, honesty and integrity.
