About the Role In this rewarding role, you will: Support tamariki and whānau through their healthcare journey. Deliver delegated therapy and rehabilitation activities under clinical guidance. Help families access services and navigate complex systems. Build trusted relationships with whānau and community partners. Support health literacy and advocate for equitable outcomes. Assist with equipment, appointments, group programmes, and service coordination. About You You are someone who: Loves working with children and families. Brings empathy, cultural awareness, and genuine compassion. Has strong communication and relationship-building skills. Enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team. Is committed to supporting whānau to achieve their goals. Holds a current Full NZ Driver Licence. Experience in community services, disability support, healthcare, allied health, education, or youth work would be highly valued. What We Offer Competitive salary of $73,876 - $88,887.
