Position Summary This is a permanent part‑time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster: Monday: 11:15am - 6:15pm Friday: 11:30am - 8pm Sunday: 11:15am - 6:15pm Role Working with this prestigious brand as a Beauty Advisor is an opportunity to showcase your talents, from makeup application to diagnosing skincare concerns. This role offers variety and allows you to positively impact customers and spread joy on a daily basis. Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted advisor. Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential. Be confident in applying, recommending, and closing the sale with products. Share your passion for the brand and its exciting offerings. About You We are seeking a Beauty Advisor who has: Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets. A passion for all things beauty and helping customers feel great about themselves. Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in‑store and via telephone confidently and friendly to provide a rewarding experience. Strong technical competency in makeup artistry; a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be an advantage.
