Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Kaikohe is seeking a Community Support Worker within the Mental Health and Addictions Service. This permanent, full-time role provides care and support in the Sub Acute Unit and covers a daily medication run in the community. You will join a collaborative care team serving rural Northland communities, working 40 hours per week on rotating shifts across 7 days.
