Your Team As part of the transformation and technology team and the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will lead projects successfully and proactively, working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic technology and business change initiatives. The purpose of this role is to provide project management skills and expertise within a cross-functional project team to deliver new strategic initiatives and enhancements. You will also contribute to the ongoing maturity of project management practices across the organization. Your Day-to-day Plan complex projects into logical work packages to enable their efficient and successful delivery. Apply the most appropriate project management methodology, including Agile and Waterfall approaches, to achieve successful project outcomes. Manage the successful implementation of strategic cross functional projects involving technology and business change projects. Deliver projects to agreed success measures including time, budget, quality and scope. Complete project planning deliverables including project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions, escalating where required. Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, keeping sponsors and key stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure effective delivery, clear communication, and alignment with project objectives, timelines, and commercial expectations. Lead cross-functional project teams and adapt your leadership style to achieve the best outcomes. Mentor and coach others in project management tools and methodology. Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of project management practices within the EPMO. A Bit About You Minimum of five years successful project management experience in a technology / business change environment. Proven ability to lead, manage, and work within a team to develop and implement new products, channels, concepts, and technology. The proven ability to work across boundaries within all divisions of a business. Ability to focus on goals and drive forward initiatives. Ability to mentor and coach others in the project management tools and methodology. Demonstrated ability to use project and team collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint. The Detailed Stuff The Senior Delivery Manager has responsibility for designing, planning, and leading project implementation to achieve agreed time, budget, quality, and scope objectives. This role has a strong emphasis on proactivity, effective application of project management disciplines, stakeholder and supplier management, and project team leadership. You will be responsible for delivering strategic technology and business change initiatives, managing project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement, while leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. You will also play an important role in contributing to the maturity and continuous improvement of project management practices within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office. This is a full-time role. The hours of work will be primarily 08:30am – 05:30pm Monday – Friday. We have a hybrid model; you will be working from our Corporate HQ in Newmarket and can spend some time working from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
