The International Office plays a pivotal role in developing and strengthening the AUT's global presence, fostering international partnerships, Transnational Education (TNE), and ensuring the achievement of international student recruitment and engagementobjectives. We're looking for two experienced Senior Managers – Faculty Internationalto join our International Office. This is a unique opportunity to partner with senior academic leaders to deliver faculty-level internationalisation strategies that enhance student recruitment, global partnerships, transnational education, studentmobilityand the international student experience. Reporting to the Director International, you will be the strategic connector between the International Office and your designated faculty. Working closely with Deans,DeputyandAssociate Deans,Heads of School and senior leaders,you'llprovidetrusted advice,identifyopportunities for growth, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen AUT's international presence. These are highly collaborative roles requiring strong relationship management and the ability to influence across a complex, matrix environment. To be successful in these roles you will: Develop and deliver faculty internationalisation plans aligned with AUT's strategic priorities. Build trusted partnerships with faculty leadership and key stakeholders across the University. Identify and grow international partnership and Transnational Education (TNE) opportunities. Support international student recruitment, marketing, conversion and enrolment initiatives. Drive initiatives that enhance the international student experience, retention and success. Champion student mobility opportunities, including exchange, study tours and Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL). Use data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and measure success. Represent the International Office across faculty committees, projects and working groups. Experience supporting Indigenous, equity or inclusion-focused initiatives is highly valued. To be successful in this role, you will have: A relevant tertiary qualification. Significant experience in a strategic management or business partnering role, ideally within a university or international education environment. Experience developing and maintaining strategic partnerships. Knowledge of international student recruitment, international partnerships and/or Transnational Education (TNE). Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and professional environments.
