Motorcorp Distributors is seeking a highly motivated National Service Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Jaguar Land Rover retailer network across New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the JLR aftersales operation, providing expert guidance on service programs, warranty administration, retailer support, tooling requirements, and customer retention initiatives. You’ll collaborate with retailers, internal teams, and global brand partners to ensure a seamless ownership experience for Jaguar Land Rover customers. What You'll Be Doing Provide expert service and aftersales support to the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Network. Coordinate special tool and workshop equipment requirements, ensuring retailers have the resources needed to deliver exceptional service. Support warranty policy administration and adjudication, helping maintain compliance and customer satisfaction. Guide retailers through prior approval processes and ensure timely, accurate submissions. Lead the coordination and management of product recalls and service campaigns, working closely with Parts and Retail Operations teams to ensure campaign readiness and parts availability. Drive service plan retention initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and long-term ownership satisfaction. Manage the dealer loan tool programme, ensuring effective allocation and utilisation across the network. About You At least five years’ experience in Automotive Aftersales, with a solid understanding of automotive products, service operations, and retailer networks. Strong analytical and administration skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present information and provide guidance to a variety of stakeholders. A proactive, self‑motivated approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A customer‑focused mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting retailer success and delivering exceptional ownership experiences.
