5. AccurateData Entry\n

  • Fast and accurate data entry of patient demographicdetails and clinical information

  • Able to process high volumes of referral andbooking information in a timely manner
  • \n
  • High attention to detail to ensure minimal errorsoccur
  • \n
About you\n
    \n
  • Technicallysavvy – experience with data systems and quick at picking up newapplications/systems
  • \n
  • Excellentorganisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • \n
  • Abilityto achieve high levels of accuracy
  • \n
  • Abilityto meet deadlines and work unsupervised
  • \n
  • Abilityto manage and coordinate a range of different inputs to achieve the agreedoutputs
  • \n
  • A teamplayer
  • \n
  • Be ableto demonstrate ability to keep information confidential
  • \n
  • Intermediateto advanced user in the Microsoft suite of products e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel
  • \n
  • Excellentkeyboard skills
  • \n
  • Highlevel of written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Demonstratedperceptiveness and a proactive approach in an administrator role.
  • \n
  • Broadadministrative experience in a health-related field
  • \n
  • Awarenessof people of differing cultural backgrounds.
  • \n
  • Knowledgeof medical terminology
  • \n
  • Familiaritywith the public hospital system (including the patient management system).
  • \n
