What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga We are looking for a detail-focused Vehicle Vinner to join our Mobility team in Auckland. In this role, you will support our Vehicle Inspections service by preparing key documents, recording vehicle details, and creating VIN plates and stencils. You will also work closely with our Entry Compliance Inspectors to ensure every inspection runs smoothly while delivering outstanding service to our Members, partners, and customers. This is a hands‑on role where accuracy, professionalism, and a passion for the automotive industry are key. You will also need to be flexible – supporting across multiple AA sites and business partner locations when needed. In this role you will: Prepare documents and assist Inspectors during entry compliance inspections Record vehicle attributes and create VIN plates and etching stencils Attach VINs to vehicles and ensure all records are accurate Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners Maintain high professional standards, including uniform, presentation, and safety practices About You | Mōu To be successful, you will bring: Previous experience in compliance roles as a vehicle vinner and/or mechanical engineering knowledge A strong interest and understanding of the automotive industry Great customer service and communication skills Computer literacy and attention to detail Flexibility to work across multiple sites in Auckland (including same-day travel when required) A clean full driver’s licence and confidence behind the wheel What We Offer | Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou Free AA Membership for you and your whānau A day off for your birthday and 2 days wellbeing leave annually Training available / career development Discounted insurance Here, we offer a lot more than roadside assistance.
