Quality and Compliance Manager

We\'re partnering with a respected engineering business seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of its Quality Management System across a growing maintenance and construction division. This is an opportunity to build quality systems from the ground up, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in the business\'s journey towards ISO 9001 alignment. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001. Lead QA/QC processes across engineering, maintenance and construction projects. Conduct internal audits and manage non-conformance and corrective actions. Maintain quality documentation and document control systems. Support operational teams with quality plans, procedures and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business. About You You\'ll have: Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality assurance principles. QA/QC experience within engineering, construction or industrial environments. Internal auditing and compliance experience. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
