Working with leaders, researchers, technical experts and external partners, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of complex projects that support the Bioeconomy Science Institute’s strategic priorities. We’re looking for an experienced project professional who has an eye for detail, thrives in providing analytical data and reporting to assist in tracking and key decision making , enjoys solving complex challenges and can confidently balance competing priorities while delivering successful outcomes. What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua In This Role, You Will Lead the planning, delivery and reporting of large-scale infrastructure projects across the Bioeconomy Science Institute. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risk and resources to achieve successful project outcomes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, project sponsors and cross-functional teams to support delivery success. Drive best-practice project governance, reporting and continuous improvement across project and programme delivery. What you will bring | Ngā tino pūkenga me ngā wheako To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile or equivalent. Proven experience delivering large, complex projects, ideally within infrastructure, facilities, property, or similar environments. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and priorities. Demonstrated expertise in project governance, financial management, risk management, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
