Site Supervisor - Industrial Coatings

We\'re partnering with a leading engineering business seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Coatings to lead blast and paint operations, ensuring safe, high-quality and efficient delivery across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, setting the standard, driving productivity and supporting a strong safety and quality culture. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate daily blast and paint operations. Drive safety, quality and productivity across the team. Ensure coating works meet required specifications and client expectations. Plan resources, materials and equipment to meet project deadlines. Support and develop the coatings team through hands-on leadership. Maintain compliance across high-risk activities including lifting, mobile plant and high-pressure equipment. Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery. About You You'll ideally bring: Proven experience within blast and paint or industrial coatings environments. Previous supervisory experience in a workshop or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation and application standards. A strong safety mindset and ability to manage high-risk work environments. Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front. NACE certification or relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous.
