Technical Business Analyst

We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a digital transformation programme, supporting the implementation and optimisation of enterprise business systems. Experience with TechnologyOne, particularly financial management, customer billing, procurement and Payroll functionality, would be highly desirable. Local government, utilities, or other complex enterprise system experience would also be advantageous. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in: Financial systems and processes, including billing, receivables, payments, revenue and financial reporting Customer billing platforms and associated customer, property and account processes Translating business needs into system configuration and technical requirements Working with system vendors and internal technology teams to design and configure solutions System integrations, data migration, testing, reconciliation and implementation readiness Supporting configuration decisions, issue resolution and delivery through to go-live Working across business SMEs, finance teams, IT teams and external vendors Contract details: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension, competitive hourly rate Immediate start or two weeks notice (max) Queenstown-based candidates are encouraged to apply, however candidates located elsewhere in New Zealand with the ability to travel to Queenstown for key workshops and project activities are also welcome. #J-18808-Ljbffr
