An established New Zealand organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to join their team on a three-month temporary assignment. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, building relationships across teams, and delivering high-quality marketing activity from concept through to execution. About the Role Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will coordinate marketing activity across a range of channels while ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. South-East Auckland 3-Month Temporary Assignment Immediate Start Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and producing marketing and promotional materials Managing campaign timelines and stakeholder communications Liaising with agencies, printers, photographers, and other external vendors Supporting digital, eCommerce, advertising, and in-store marketing activity Coordinating content, imagery, and production processes Assisting with promotional campaigns, competitions, and events Supporting communications and public relations activities Managing campaign administration, approvals, and compliance processes About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 1-2 years’ full-time experience in a marketing, communications, or marketing coordination role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confidence working with a range of stakeholders Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel A proactive, adaptable approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves Experience with content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or eCommerce environments Please note: this role requires prior commercial marketing experience and is not suitable for recent graduates.
