Manager ERP

We're looking for an experienced ERP professional to join our friendly and dedicated Finance and Risk Group. This permanent, full-time role is based in our central Wellington office in Cuba Street. About the role: This is a key leadership role within the Finance and Risk Group, reporting to the Head of Finance. As Manager ERP, your focus will be to provide leadership in relation to the ERP application systems, ensuring systems and processes are meeting the requirements of the business and providing the organisation with timely, relevant and accurate information. This is a diverse business application ownership role across a wide range of ERP systems, business functionality and diverse user base. You'll own the relationship with TechnologyOne, and drive the roadmap for future capability, upgrades, enhancements, and business process improvements. You will lead a specialist ERP team of four people, with responsibility for creating a high performing, continuous improvement culture, developing team members and enabling them to grow. Skills and experience required: 5-10 years' experience in accounting, finance systems support, ERP implementation, or ERP systems management. Minimum 5 years' experience managing Finance and HR ERP systems. Proven experience owning and managing ERP applications throughout their lifecycle, including support, upgrades, enhancements, and optimisation. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building high-performing teams, coaching staff, and managing performance. Experience leading organisational change, system improvements, and business process transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience, ideally working with TechnologyOne or a similar ERP provider What we offer: Work to suit your life and whānau with our flexible working policy. The remuneration for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $123,052 to $184,579, with a midpoint of $153,815.
