\nThis is a rare opportunity to work directly with ASB's Senior Leadership Team, helping shape enterprise priorities, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure our most important initiatives deliver measurable business value.
\nWorking at the heart of ASB's strategic decision-making, you'll partner with senior leaders across the enterprise to connect strategy, planning and performance, ensuring ASB's priorities are clearly defined, sequenced effectively, and delivered through strong enterprise rhythms.
\nAs Senior Strategy Manager, you will:

- Lead ASB's enterprise planning and performance rhythms, including Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (eQBRs) and support big room planning sessions \n
- Drive strategic prioritisation and sequencing, preparing options, recommendations and trade-offs for Executive Leadership Team discussions \n
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, performance measures and actionable outcomes \n
- Develop executive-ready insights and materials for CEO, ELT and Board discussions \n
- Provide visibility of enterprise performance, risks, strategic dependencies and required interventions \n
- Support annual operating planning and enterprise-wide alignment \n
- Embed consistent performance reporting across scorecards, OKRs and customer outcomes \n
- Connect insights across strategy, finance, risk, delivery and business teams to support enterprise decision-making \n
- Build strong relationships across Business Units, Centres of Expertise and senior leadership teams \n
You’ll be comfortable operating at an enterprise level, helping senior leaders make prioritisation decisions that deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.
\nYou thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving ambiguous challenges, and can bring clarity, alignment and momentum across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
\nYou’ll bring:

- Experience in strategy, enterprise planning, transformation or performance management \n
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting prioritisation and investment decisions \n
- Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), operating reviews or enterprise planning forums \n
- Strong understanding of agile or scaled agile environments \n
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments \n
- Experience working across multiple business functions to align priorities and manage dependencies \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, translating data into insights and action \n
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging Executive and Board-level audiences \n
