Process and Improvement Manager
Auditing Services - Auckland or Christchurch
At AsureQuality, we help build trust in food by supporting Aotearoa's primary industries with world-class auditing, inspection, and certification services.
We're looking for a Process and Improvement Manager to lead transformation and continuous improvement across our Auditing Services team.
What you'll do
Lead our auditing scheduling team, optimising workflows and driving efficiency using Lean and Agile principles.
Drive commercial performance through smart analysis and process enhancements.
Coach, mentor, and role-model a culture of innovation and improvement.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions that build customer confidence and long-term value.
Qualifications
What you'll bring
Proven leadership in process or continuous improvement.
Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and workflow optimisation.
Experience with change management and the ability to influence at all levels.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer value.
