About the role
Are you an organised, detail-oriented recruitment coordinator who enjoys keeping hiring processes moving and creating a great candidate experience? Join FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand and CodeBlue as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting recruitment activities while developing your sourcing and talent acquisition capability.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will provide end-to-end recruitment coordination and administrative support across the hiring process. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your proactive sourcing skills, including headhunting for hard-to-fill roles under the guidance and support of the Talent Acquisition Lead.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners to deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging recruitment experience.
You will also be responsible for:
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, application tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
Providing a professional and timely candidate experience from application through to offer and onboarding.
Completing initial CV reviews and phone screening using agreed role criteria, and sharing suitable candidates with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers.
Arranging and confirming interviews (virtual and onsite), including room bookings, calendar invites, and candidate communications
Supporting proactive sourcing and headhunting activity through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, referrals, and other approved talent channels.
Coordinating pre-employment checks, reference checks, psychometric assessments and right-to-work documentation in line with the recruitment process.
Assisting with the coordination and delivery of the AUT Internship Program
Supporting recruitment reporting, talent pooling, market mapping and continuous improvement of templates and administrative processes.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational and administration skills. Along with this, you will also have:
Experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration, or similar support role (in-house or agency)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies, diaries and candidate touchpoints at the same time.
An interest in sourcing and headhunting candidates, confidence in using LinkedIn, SEEK, job boards, or other online search tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
Ability to follow processes, prioritise work, and handle confidential information appropriately.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in MS Office
