To help us with this, we are searching for an Administrator to join our team based at Head Office in Invercargill. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of reception and administrative services, providing support to executives, co-ordinating travel and events, and assisting with governance activities across SBS. What you'll be busy with: Providing administration support to the Executive Team including calendar management, travel bookings and itineraries, offsite planning and liaising with external providers. Assisting management with room bookings and meeting logistics where required. Arranging travel and accommodation bookings for team members, third parties, Executives, and Board members in accordance with SBS policies. Welcoming all visitors, guests, contractors and suppliers, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of SBS. Managing the reception area and visitor sign-in process, including health and safety requirements, contractor access and security passes/keys What you'll bring: Previous experience in a reception / administration role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Copilot and Teams) Unquestionable discretion and high levels of professionalism including personal presentation Warm and approachable personality Self-motivated with plenty of initiative and a helpful ‘can do’ attitude Ability to be flexible with working hours And Preferably Experience in a financial services organisation in a customer facing role This role is full time, 37.5 hours a week, worked 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (there may be some flexibility with working hours).
