Reporting directly to the General Manager - New Zealand and as a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead our flagship Christchurch branch. Your Responsibilities As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving business growth by leveraging your established industry networks to identify and secure new opportunities within existing and emerging markets. Strengthening customer relationships and expanding Penske's market presence. Delivering sales growth and profitability across all areas of the business. Leading the efficient operation of a complex, multi-functional branch encompassing service, parts, and sales. Building and leading a high-performing team while fostering an engaged, collaborative, and results-driven culture. Coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders within the organisation. Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and safety. Contributing as an active member of the New Zealand leadership team. About You You are a commercially astute and people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex operational environments. You have a track record of growing businesses, leading teams, and building strong customer relationships. You will bring: Proven success in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Dealer Principal, or similar leadership role. Strong networks and credibility within the on-highway and/or off-highway industries. Demonstrated success in achieving sales, profitability, and business growth objectives. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to operational execution. A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and high performance. A genuine passion for developing people and creating a positive workplace culture.
