Your Role with Us Your Impact Lead actuarial and proposition projects that support strategic priorities and deliver sustainable business growth. Design, price, and enhance insurance products that meet customer needs while maintaining commercial performance and competitiveness. Deliver data-driven insights and financial advice that strengthen decision-making, profitability, and risk management outcomes. Build trusted relationships across teams and provide expert guidance that enables effective collaboration and informed choices. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve customer value, market relevance, and long-term sustainability. Champion compliance with risk frameworks and governance standards while supporting innovation and responsible growth. Your Capabilities You have actuarial pricing and product experience, ideally within life insurance, and apply commercial thinking to complex business challenges. You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities. You have the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders, building credibility through clear communication and trusted advice. You bring strong project leadership skills and thrive when balancing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. You have deep technical actuarial knowledge and use sound judgement to manage risk while delivering customer-focused outcomes. You may also have experience with investment or wealth products, bringing additional perspective to proposition development and strategic initiatives.
