In this role you will join Kiwibank’s Digital Lending Experience hub, who provide technology products and services to our customers, front-line and middle-office teams and technical know-how of nCino/Salesforce. This role requires a blend of functional analysis skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce's platform, features, and functions. As an nCino/Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will work in our cross-functional product squads and work closely with our business teams, identifying their needs and providing solutions that will enable them to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will lead the mapping of business requirements to functional capability, advocate best practice, and input into design, development, and deployment of enhancements and updates to our nCino instance on the Salesforce platform. Day to day this could include: Leading conversations on Salesforce features, functionality, and best practice to meet business needs Building solid rapport with your squad including a comprehensive understanding of their skill set and remit Developing enduring relationships with stakeholders deepening everyone’s understanding of needs in both directions Working with the Product Manager to understand the ‘why’ with the goal of enabling the squad to execute the ‘how’ Clearing roadblocks to success and making success visible and knowing when to escalate effectively Maintaining a high-quality backlog, working with product management to develop and define roadmaps, & defining metrics to support decision making Ko tātou tēnei. Key skills and experience we’re looking for: Salesforce Certification preferred (such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant). Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation Solid understanding and experience working in agile environment Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity Ability to communicate with engineers and architects to allow for effective creation of feature delivery and associated success criteria Ko tātou tēnei - Hei hāpai i a koe, me tō whānau |This is us.
