Mō te tūraka mahi | About the role We have two roles available: School of Design, 24 hours Allied Trades, Carpentry and Arboriculture School, 22.5 hours The Administrator is a key member in their School providing outstanding service to our kaimahi (staff) and ākonga (learners). You will be the frontline support, answering student inquiries, varied administration including academic processes, processing of accounts for the area, booking travel, and coordinating ākonga functions and events ensuring all of your mahi completed is customer-centred. You'll provide outstanding customer service to ākonga (learners) and support kaimahi (staff) in administrative functions. Ko wai koe | About you Our preferred candidates will be detail-focussed, pro-active and committed administrators who have highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive and productive team attitude including the drive to be a highly functioning member of our teams. They will have outstanding relationship-building skills which are customer-centred. You will have significant administration experience and be super organised. highly developed interpersonalskills great analytical skills excellent written and oralcommunication skills proficiency in MS Office experience in meeting and event coordination would be an advantage a positive, proactive andproductive team attitude experience working with Finance One and travel bookings. Excellent multitasking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage time effectively, along with an active commitment to ensuring that timely services of the highest quality are consistently provided are essential. A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience is essential. An understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to work with a variety of customers is preferred along with familiarity with the tertiary education sector.
