Reporting to the Product Development Manager – Sport & Foods, the Product Development Technologist will play a vital part in achieving this mission. Working with an experienced team, you will have a key role in shaping our new innovative products across all our sport and foods brands. It\'s a blue-sky innovative environment that is fast-paced , with no two days being the same. What you will be tasked with: Managing assigned development projects from brief through to commercial production, meeting internal and external customer requirements contributing to the innovation pipeline & ideation sessions Ensuring regulatory compliance of products developed Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Providing technical support to other areas of the business Skills and competencies you will need: Tertiary qualification in food science/food technology or a related discipline Requires 7 - 10 years\' experience in food formulation, project management and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in a range of food manufacturing facilities Experience navigating the Food Standards Code Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment Whist not essential, a qualification in nutrition/sports nutrition would put you ahead of the crowd.
