We are looking for a highly organised Unit Refurbishment Delivery Lead to support the successful delivery of Ryman's unit refurbishment programme across our village portfolio. Working closely with the Portfolio Unit Refurbishment Manager, you'll coordinate refurbishment projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to Ryman's quality standards. This role offers plenty of variety, combining project coordination, contractor management, stakeholder engagement, training, quality assurance and continuous improvement across multiple refurbishment projects. The role will be Christchurch based with travel to villages when required. Key responsibilities include: Support internal and external unit refurbishment project managers, including monitoring progress, escalating issues, assisting with cost control and supporting contractor performance management. Actively monitor and supervise the project delivery of assigned unit refurbishments to meet agreed timeframes, quality expectations, specifications and village operational requirements. Maintain accurate refurbishment tracking information, including programme dates, refurbishment type, scope status, consent requirements, delays, risks, completion dates and handover information to support programme visibility and decision making. Contribute to refurbishment reporting by preparing and providing timely updates on progress, programme risks, delays, completions, contractor matters, compliance items and emerging issues. You have proven knowledge and experience coordinating and overseeing projects, refurbishment programmes, residential building or maintenance You have the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, village teams, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully. You can manage multiple refurbishment projects at once, keeping them on track and aligned with programme, quality, and operational requirements.
