Working alongside our General Counseland Legal Counsel, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Teamthrough contract management, document preparation, intellectual propertyadministration, legal research and workflow coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised,detail-oriented and curious. While much of your work will focus on legaloperations and supporting legal processes, you'll also gain exposure to a broadrange of commercial, regulatory, intellectual property and corporate legalmatters across a fast-paced FMCG business. As your capability develops, you'llhave opportunities to contribute to legal work under the guidance ofexperienced in-house Counsel. What You'll Be Doing Working closely with our Legal Team, you'll: Conductlegal research and prepare concise summaries and briefing notes Assistwith reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and legal documents Supportcontract management and legal operations processes Helpprepare documents for execution and signing workflows Assistwith trademark and intellectual property management activities Compileand organise information to support legal advice and business decisions Contributeto legal templates, guidance materials and process improvements Liaisewith stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Operations and otherbusiness functions About You We're looking for a motivated, curious and detail-orientedlaw student who enjoys problem-solving and wants to learn from experiencedin-house counsel. You'll ideally be in your final year of a Bachelor ofLaws (LLB) degree (penultimate year students will also be considered), and have: Strongacademic results and legal research skills Excellentwritten communication and attention to detail Theability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Strongorganisational and administrative capability Confidenceworking with a variety of stakeholders Aproactive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Vitaco?
