Marketing Communications Manager - 12 month fixed term Marketing Communications Manager (12 month Fixed term) We are on the lookout for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and help lead the charge in bringing the Farmers Childrens Category to life across every touchpoint, from TV, digital, print to in-store experiences. An exciting opportunity to build on your existing Marketing career, from either Specialist or a Senior Coordinator level, this role will creatively challenge you while working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive results. So, if you have aretail, FMCG, or agency background and excel in fast-paced environments juggling multiple deadlines, this is your opportunity to own the marketing process from concept to execution. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across TVC, OOH, digital, print, and in-store platforms Crafting clear, compelling creative briefs to inspire and provide direction to internal teams and agency partners Independently managing photoshoots and video production to deliver high-quality, engaging content Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners Reporting on campaign performance and insights to senior stakeholders Managing daily priorities with confidence, independence, and strategic focus What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Communications or equivalent role A proven track record in retail, FMCG, or agency settings Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable working directly with executives and senior leadership Deep knowledge of marketing fundamentals, practices and trends Strong creative eye and confidence in managing photoshoots and campaign production Highly organised, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities What's on offer: A fantastic opportunity to join a well-known New Zealand retail brand A generous staff discount package across the Farmers and James Pascoe Group Ongoing training and development to help you achieve your career objectives Ready to lead with creativity and confidence?
